Studio 22 is hosting a day of Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga at the lake at Johnston Woods in Cleveland, TN:

 
What to expect : COST = $25
1. SUP board and paddle & PFD will be provided.
2. 1.5 hours of pure fun practicing yoga on a SUP board.
3. ALL proceeds will fund Woodsong Forest School
4. Small class size (max 9) for personal attention
